New In High School Next Year, Any Advice?

i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo鈥?worried about 9th grade, any advice?New In High School Next Year, Any Advice?
Well, I'm entering junior year this year, and there are a few things which could help you.

1. Don't be bitter because you are in a new situation. Always try and be genial, because you have to remember that you will be seeing most of these people for 4 YEARS.

2. Take tough classes, and don't blow anything off. Right now it may not seem like a big deal, but in your later years, it makes a HUGE DEAL.

3. Join clubs/sports. The sooner you get started, the sooner you make it into varsity...which is incredible. Colleges may love it, but you will flourish like a social butterfly.

4. Don't become just another fish in the sea! Stand out! People are naturally drawn to independents because most of them are just followers.

5. Balance your social and academic life. Too much of either can really drive you insane.

6. Be confident and bubbly, but remember to show respect to everyone around you...even the other Freshmen. It's a much better way to make friends.

7. Make friends with your guidance counselor. This way, you might be able to make an advantage, like having a class switched or be notified of a new scholarship...

8. Don't worry about 'finding someone'. Your time will come, and when it does, don't let it distract you from your goals.

I hope this relaxes you a little bit! :)New In High School Next Year, Any Advice?
Be yourself, really don't worry 9th grade can be one of the best years if you make it one, just go in there positive...trust the years fly by. The first year is good because people have to get to know you, but the problem comes in when they find out your strengths and weaknesses.... you will enjoy
