I want to buy a new car, 316 BMW or new WV passat or Audi A4, which one is better? need advice?

All of these cars are good and have their own good points. The Passat is the largest and the best value for the money but will not have the sport-iness as in the BMW or the audi. The Bmw is the sportiest and most expensive (if its new) but is pretty small. The Audi is not as sporty as the BMW and not as comfort-oriented as the passat and will be in the middle price-wise also.
