Need advice on my new Commodore 64 (games)?

I have been given a Commodore 64 for an early xmas present, but it has only come with one game. The big man in the pc world shop said I was joking when i asked for world of warmaking and half light 2? It's ok... haha I realize now that I meant to say world of warcrafts. But I find out they only sell games for the Amastrad PC?

Commodore 64 has been one of the first wide-spread personal computer in the '80s .. this means about 20 years ago... I think they stopped creating videogames for commodore 64 about 16 years ago... World of warcraft is available only if you own a new pc or a new Apple computer.

Seeing as I had mine in 1989ish I don't think you'll be getting any games in PC World. You'll have to try ebay for games but seeing as they were on cassette tapes I wouldn't hold my breath for there being many of them! I used to play Trivial Pursuit or Monopoly, set all the players to be the computer, it's quite funny (or it was at the age of 8!). Also don't you just love the multicoloured loading screen that is there for what seems like hours!
