Depends on the place you are going, but glittery or shinny blouses are always good.
i suggest cute dark wash jeans with heels!! Then for the top wear something REALLY sparkly!!! a fun little necklace with a bracelet will be awesome!

yeah, depending on what the weather is, who your with. it IS the last year of 2006. ahah id wear something that reminds you of a goodtime this year. but thats just me..i know im weird. ahaha
